It’s an undeniable fact that foods are the most quintessential part of our life responsible for everything. From the beginning of your life soon after you take birth, you need to get yourself feed-up with food. It is indeed responsible for making you what you will become in coming future. Starting from your physical health, your mental and even to the spiritual health the food you intake determines how you are going to be.

“If you want to build a strong house obviously you need good bricks that have been manufactured and processed well or a good wood or timber that can withstand long”. And, if we relate this statement to the body of all living beings, we find that the building blocks or the bricks to make the physical structure is; “Cells”. A good Cell can result in healthy and sound body and vice versa. As it’s a matter of fact that every emerging cells in your body actually is the food that you have consumed, so why not consume the foods that are healthy and great. Why not build our body with great cells/natural building blocks? But, what actually are the healthy foods?

Well, for all of us; Nature is everything and Mother of all. Nature, in it’s creation and simulation have maintained every aspects in detail including the habit of food consumption as well. Every species have been set with a typical and specific diet plan by the nature and therefore, survives on those aspects naturally without being affected by any diseases or if incase, healing naturally through the diet they are meant to consume. We are no different than any other for mother Nature as her creation. We also mustn’t forget that we are the part of nature as like others, and we all are family living under a same roof. As like in family members, some could be slow, some sharp, some strong and some fast; and we fall under the category of being smart, but again, no different than others to mother Nature. Even though we have adjusted ourselves over time with different eating habit for survival, but as per our structure of body, bones and teeth we are meant to be herbivores in nature. It is therefore, the best diet for us was, is and will always be Plant Based Diet (PBD). As we are now no more in the era of hunter and gatherer, and we are no more fighting for existence and survival, we have to choose proper diet for longevity and well being. Wellbeing not just of Body, but also of Mind and Soul.

Even if we deny the fact about our consumption of (PBD) Plant Based Diet and think that a good source of Protein with other vital nutrition from Animal Based Died (ABD) is absolute for good health, strength and immune then, lets just make a good compare on where we are actually going with all our family members within this planet. The one with Animal Based Diet (ABD) are violent and always in fierce mood whereas, the one with Plant Based Diet (PBD) are seemed to be in very calm state most of the time. So, what do we want to make ourselves? If we want to make ourselves more calm and live long without being violent and aggressive then, I bet, it is better to have Plant Based Diet (PBD). What tells us long health? Well that can be seen with the natural example from all the animal neighbors around us. Of all the animals existed, huge percentage of them who happens to have long lives are the one who goes on Plant Based Diet (PBD).

It is therefore, our choice to make the preference of food for good health as well as longevity is within our conscious understandings and choice. Never in history have shown that we, consuming Animal Based Diet (ABD) had good healthy and long life, rather, to feel stress free and become calm gentle and healthy, it is indeed very important to have the diet based on plants. The food that nature has made us to consume has to be taken with proper understanding and consciousness. This is how we can avoid all sorts of diseases that are happening to our human body including good long and healthy life. “Eat to live and live to eat”.
